Old School Yoga is a grounding, back to basics program in the heart of Marina Vallarta, created to honor the classic foundations of yoga with a gentle and deeply mindful approach. Michelle teaches slow, supportive Hatha Yoga classes that focus on listening to your body, breathing with intention, and moving at a pace that feels right for you. Props are always welcomed to help your body feel safe, supported, and comfortable throughout the practice.
 

This “old school” method weaves together Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, meditation, and a therapeutic approach to both mind and body. Every class gives special attention to Savasana, offering a space to release tension and experience a genuine sense of rest and peace.

Research continues to show the benefits of yoga for all ages. It can reduce pain, improve posture, balance, and stability, loosen stiff muscles and joints, and support conditions such as arthritis and hypertension.

At Old School Yoga, there truly is a perfect practice for everybody.
