Join me every month at Old School Yoga for Sangha (a community of like minded souls) and Meditation. We gather monthly as a group to support and learn from one another as we journey through life. The gatherings begin with some light yoga stretches; suitable for all shapes, physical abilities and age, which help to open and release the body, before we practice guided meditations both seated and lying down. When we are feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, we sit and enjoy a cup of herbal tea with snacks while we chit-chat.
